Mixed Lot of Edo–Meiji Period Shunga Woodblock Prints, 36 separate pieces in all
Offered here is a varied economy lot of original Japanese shunga woodblock prints, from the late Edo to early Meiji period (mid–19th century). Utagawa-school artists for most of the lot.
Sizes vary, the smallest being approximately 12.5 cm x 9 cm and the largest measuring 28 cm x 18 cm (two pictures attached to one panel)
Condition: Mixed. All of the pictures included are shown in the images above, so please refer to the photos provided for details. All are attached to cardboard backing.
