Authentic Edo period original, c.1837, Japanese shunga erotic art woodblock print picture by Kuniyoshi Utagawa (1797-1861).  From his series, Shunshoku irifune cho.  Shunga picture measures approximately 28 cm x 22.1 cm.  Very good colors and impressions.  Condition is good with some wear and soiling, slight wormage.  No backing. 
 
Great erotic art scene of an impatient man hastily grabbing and penetrating his lover while she tries to do the hair of another female companion.  Fairly comical as the man seems a bit ashamed, hiding behind the woman he's penetrating, as if the other woman won't notice him.
